The year has begun and it will be a good year. My website is always growing as am I in my approach to teaching the subject of mathematics. Below are some very important items to read.
| • | Homework is given every night and sometimes over the weekend - ask them to see it |
| • | Homework is listed on website under Homework Calendar |
| • | Grades can be sent home via email - to provide your email address click here |
| • | Homework is to be done in pencil only - no pens are not allowed except red for correcting |
| • | Documentation or SHOWING YOUR WORK is essentially more important than answers |
| • | Copy the problem from the homework exactly before doing the work |
| • | Word problems are required to be copied - the words - before beginning the work |
| • | Effort is the key to passing this class - failure to follow the format taught = F grades |
| • | No student should have a grade lower than C- if they try and follow the effort requirements |
| • | Demand the best from your child - expect excuses and its hard comments - do not allow the excuses to dictate their lack of trying - demand improvement |
